Bier Garden Event Hall

• A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your event date.
• Dates are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of deposit and signed agreement.

• A non-refundable deposit of $250 or 25% (whichever is greater) is required at booking.
• Remaining balance is due 5 business days prior to the event date unless otherwise arranged.
• Accepted payment methods: cash, credit/debit card, or company check.

• Minimums apply based on day and time of event (see catering menu page under catering packages for details).
• Minimums must be met with combined food and beverage spend (before tax and gratuity).
• A 20% service/gratuity fee is applied to all food and beverage totals.

• Final menu selections are due 14 days prior to event date.
• Final guest count is required 7 days prior to event date and cannot be reduced after this point. We will bill for the agreed upon number of guests confirmed via contract or the actual attendance, whichever is greater.• Please provide any menu allergies or dietary restrictions at this time
• Increases in guest count will be accommodated when possible; additional charges will apply.

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Stuttgarden Management
• Deposits are non-refundable; however, they may be applied toward a future booking within 6 months (at management’s discretion).
• Cancellations within 72 hours of the event will be billed at 50% of the estimated total.

• Outside food and beverage are not permitted except for pre-approved specialty desserts (wedding or birthday cakes, etc.).
• Corkage fees may apply for specialty wines or champagne brought in by the client.

• Access to the event space is available 2 hours prior to event start time for setup.
• All décor must be freestanding; no nails, screws, or adhesives on walls or fixtures.
• Confetti, glitter, and open flames are prohibited.

• Event rental includes access to the Beer Garden Event Hall during the contracted hours only. Guests are required to leave the premises within 30 minutes of the event end time. Overtime use without prior approval will result in an additional fee of $250 per 30 minutes and may incur additional staffing charges.

• Use of in-house AV equipment & music system must be coordinated and approved in advance.
• Outside entertainment (DJs, bands, etc.) is welcome with prior approval.
• Noise levels must comply with city ordinances and venue guidelines.

• Stage can be rented and used for events but must be coordinated and approved in advance.

• Client assumes responsibility for any damages caused by guests or vendors during the event.
• Stuttgarden Tavern is not liable for lost or stolen personal property.

• We carry general liability and liquor liability insurance. A certificate of insurance from the client may be requested for large or corporate events.
